  My purchase was expected to be "new" cartridges but the expiration dates on all cartridge boxes had been blacked out so that I could not see how old they were. As well, one box had been opened and resealed. The seller was extremely responsive to my questions and complaints and offered to replace or refund at my preference. I would recommend this seller because he is very responsive and accommodative. I removed one star as the product was not actually in "new" condition as advertised.

  The pack was shipped promptly and was well packaged. It is as described. I have yet to use the cartridges so I don't know if they have the value I expect. The cartridges are in the original sealed packaging.

  This item was shipped Really Quick. As it turned out, I had a problem when my printer would not read one of the cartridges. The Seller responded very quickly - and was So Great about it. They Offered troubleshooting tips, and when the printer still wouldn't take the cartridge the Seller offered a partial refund. And then, within minutes the refund was issued. Extremely happy with this seller. And when I am looking for any products, I will be very certain to check this Seller First.
