Great cookbook for first time vegetarians!
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich I have always wanted to switch to a vegetarian diet, and lately with my lipids rising I decided it was time. I asked online and nearly everyone said this was the book to go to. I've only made a few recipes from it so far, but have enjoyed them very much. Some ingredients aren't readily available in the grocery store, but are easily substituted, The recipes are pretty simple to make as written. Would highly recommend this to anyone who wants more meatless meals in their diet.
