My mom loves it, because she needed a plain phone with no frills. You need to make sure to buy an appropriate sim card for it. The delivery service was as promised. I reviewed the phone before buying it and it highly recommended for people of mature years because it has larger buttons. I programmed the numbers for my mom. Instructions booklet is a bit small

Not bad
These clips are OK. Not the stickiest so make sure surface is clean. They can only handle small leads, but they are a great and quick way to secure and tidy away leads.
