  Seller has excellent communication. Keyboard\Mouse exactly as described and exactly as the pics. The only negative is not the seller's fault. I ordered it on 3/3 and it was finally delivered on 3/18. I watched tracking and it stayed at several facilities for 4 or more days. USPS sucks. Again... not seller's fault. I am buying something else from seller today!

  Arrived quickly and extremely well packaged. Took me over half an hour to unpack these from all the protective padding and shrink wrap. Monitors work great, no dead pixels, and in better condition than the photos indicated. Excellent experience and would buy from again.

  Had an issue with FedEx Ground seemingly they beat up the first printer I got but the seller was exceptionally nice and agreed to do an exchange with another one of the same unit he had. I am rather partial to the Dell B2360dn - the one I had for nearly ten years finally had a physical problem and I went looking for another good working one. Would definitely recommend buying from him again. Thanks for doing the exchange!

  The Library arrived damaged and reported robotic errors. The packaging was not damaged. I assume the item was dropped at some point during transit as the photos show it in good shape. I was able to take it apart and staighten the library frame with some clamps and a block of wood. After that everything worked correctly. I took off a star because the item could have been boxed better. Thankfully I could fix it, although I think many would not have.
