Excellent quality what I do with new pillows is wipe it down with my favorite deodorant for a pleasing smell and no worry about staining from drooling,lol I had an accident where my spine was crushed from the neck down Cervical Thoracic to Lumbar which forces me to sleep on my stomach and this pillow by far is the most comfortable I have ever owned, upon occasion I wake up on my side I use to only sleep 3 to 4 hours now I average 7 to 8 it's broken up but I feel more rested...
