Honda VFR1200F OEM replacement mirror
Unfortunately, I have to edit my initial good assessment of the product after having used it during a month and, consequently, a few thousands km of driving.
This replacement item appears to be a poor copy of the Honda genuine part.
First of all, I've noticed that the colour of the mirror cover differs from the original piece. Moreover, the cover itself doesn't fit precisely the mirror basement. There is a noticeable flaw between two parts.
However the biggest issue is that the mirror's rotary mechanism appears to be very loose even after been properly installed on the motorcycle and with well tightened nuts. Not a big problem when cruising on a newly asphalted highway but the mirror starts shaking when driving when driving on bad roads which annoys and impacts strongly the visibility of the objects that appear in the mirror.
