Small, low power
Read the description carefully as you are buying a 9w lamp, not 18w as i originally thought. The posting is confusing. That being said, the lights appear to be good quality and may be bright enough for an urban vehicle. Update....lamps are all burned out after less than 5 months service. You get what you pay for!
