Very effective
This is a great and very effective product. I use three to four capsules daily and I no longer suffer with annoying constipation. I must add though that one needs to drink at least 2 -3 litres of warm water daily for best results. An inadequate water intake can worsen the problem somewhat.

Brilliant gadget
This connector fits perfectly to my face basin tap. I then connect my house to it and pass it through the bathroom window into my garden. It has no leaking or dripping whatsoever. I would highly recommend it. Great value for money.

Does the job
I used this starter to make coconut yoghurt and with the addition of some agar agar powder a a thickener, I got a really flavourful, thick yoghurt.
