Well presented pertinent information on each clan and on history of Scotland.
The book is organized so that one may go directly to their clan and find out pertinent historical information. While it may refer to geographical information without maps, one can always access that data elsewhere.

Gotta get the POWER!
Have not begun a full reading yet. I have read the Table of Contents and skimmed the chapters, reading first sentences of paragraphs. This quick glance is compelling for a full read.

Indeed, this is a full review of each of the Scottish clans.
The level of detail on each of the clans is amazing. This book is chock full of information to help me discover my Scottish roots and understand the issues, dangers, and blessings my ancestors survived before coming to America.
With both my wife and I have strong Scottish roots, over 80% for me and over 50% for her, we are trying to gather a complete picture of our heritage and pass it on to our children / grandchildren in order to foster the concept of "clan" that will meld us together for generations to come.
