Amazing scraper
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich I have a collection of various scrapers but this one is perfect: perfect size; perfect shape; perfect flexibility.
I have a Kenwood K mixer and this scraper is so good Kenwood would do well to supply this scraper as standard.

Cheung fun cloth
As far as I know this is the only place you can buy on-line for a cheung fun cloth, other than going to Hong Kong.
If you are buying this I don't need to tell you how to use it, which side to use or how to take care of it.
It's a full sized cloth suitable for professional cheng fun steamers.

Excellent dimo
I was expecting at best to be of average quality but was very pleasantly surprised that the dimo was so good, very fine and very fresh. Maybe I was lucky that the dimo was so good but at this price what have you got to lose.
