sturdy!
Not really significantly lighter than nylon, but more tolerant of the cold, and impervious to hot oil which instantly destroys nylon and plastic ones.

Meh!
Since I already own the schf44ls I was expecting the same handle with a slightly shorter blade. HUGE DISAPPOINTMNET!!!
It's an ok knife I guess...and I do like the plastic sheath for mounting options but the knife itself is this dainty anorexic version of the 44ls. The handle is too small for my hand and the blade is proportional so you cant tell from the pictures that you're buying Mini Me's fighting knife.
