Annoying auto-restart-after-shutdown issue

There is a probability with this Gigabyte motherboard that it will restart after shutdown.Very very annoying! It persistently restarts 4 seconds after shutdown from Windows 10. If tried with Windows 7 and even Ubuntu, the outcomes are the same. Gigabyte officially suggests upgrade to the latest Bios, but this mobo has the latest one when shipped. Some forum poster claimed it's an inherent bug with some Gigabyte mobos and someone doubted the malfunction or damage of south bridge(due to their "very special" refurbishment method...?) There are tons of posts and discussion on tech forums regarding the defect, and Gigabyte itself also suggests "please contact your supplier to arrange further examination on the hardware". Haha, good luck with your purchase!
