Metal Mouse trap
Good trap once you learn that a mouse has to pull the bait to trigger the mechanism. So 🐭 can’t pull peanut butter but a mouse 🐭 can pull for example a hazelnut. Success

Staple remover - not easy for staple removal on fabric
I personally found that the tip on this staple remover is too broad for lifting staples out easily from fabric and it didn’t grip the staple very well on removal. I’m now looking for one with a much narrower tip. May be fine for paper staples
