Great GFV Cookbook
Great recipes, easy to follow. Too many GF recipes just say "sub any GF all purpose flour for regualr flour!" which almost never works. You need to use GF flours differently and really know what you're doing to achieve a good result. It's really nice to see a book from someone who does GF baking professionally and really knows what they're talking about.

Cheap and Awesome Tool for Writers
These little things are fantastic for writers who need to focus on their work without the distraction of the internet. Don't waste money on fancy futuretech like the Freewrite, just drop a few bucks on one of these and go to town.
