  Product shipped was DOA. I requested a $10 refund rather than paying for return shipping. Seems a reasonable request, as the battery and charger are functional, but tool is DOA. Seller declined. So my dilemma now, is to pay return shipping, or not. Don't know yet what choice I'll make, but I do know that I will not by from this seller in the future... FYI...BUYER BEWARE!!!
