  Terrible. The item was posted to the buyers selected address which was signed for and then 5 minutes later rejected and marked as return to sender. After a couple of days trying to locate the parcel to no avail, the decision was made to refund them (big mistake) as soon after they were refunded the item turned up. Now they are stating they have not received a refund from ebay even though this well after 30 days. They even had the cheek to leave positive feedback even though they have not paid.
