Not worth the price.
Made in China and was cheaply made. We question the accuracy as well. The price was much higher so you expect it to be a little better quality. It takes a while to get a reading and then bounces around for a while. Eventually it settles but it does not seem accurate (at least the pulse rate). You can only read it from one side, so if you do it yourself if means to twist your hand around.

Easy to install, worked well. Very loud.
They have been working for almost a year without any issue. Has lifetime battery. When they go off they are loud and when all linked together they all go off together. You will save your life but your ears will be ringing.
