  Excellent. I can’t recommend this seller enough. I could not get this sewing machine to work so l called her for help. She returned my call even tho she was on vacation. She walked me through threading and bobbin winding multiple times, but we couldn’t pin point the trouble. I live in a remote area where no repair was available & I was sewing for my daughter’s wedding. Finally, found it was the needle, which was a shaken loose slightly In transit even tho it was packed well. Bless the woman!
