She returned my call even tho she was on vacation. She walked me through threading and bobbin winding multiple times, but we couldn’t pin point the trouble. I live in a remote area where no repair was available & I was sewing for my daughter’s wedding. Finally, found it was the needle, which was a shaken loose slightly In transit even tho it was packed well. Bless the woman!

Great product
Using to block wind while having campfire. Keeps the heat in while sitting in chairs underneath. Should have bought the larger size but works for kids and shorter people.

Does the job
I bought this to "sweep" up little messes made by my grandchildren. I also bought it to help sweep up the threads and small pieces of material left on the floor from quilting. It seems to pick up everything well.

Bought for my granddaughter so she has a full Bluey set.
