  Was a nerve wracking time ordering from them this time around. Had to pay £55 in export charges (which I hadn't been prior notified of) even though I paid almost the same amount in postage. Their customer service responded at first in a nonchallant way and then didn't reply my subsequent messages. I had to spend time refreshing the ParcelForce and DHL pages to know when my parcel would arrive. Terrible experience, wouldn't order from them again.

  Do feedback positivo perché il venditore non c'entra nulla, però non sono soddisfatta della parrucca perché nel colore dell' immagine è un bel biondo dorato ma in realtà è più scura tendente al cenere, l' avrei resa ma mi sarebbe costato troppo di spedizione quasi quanto il costo della parrucca quindi la tengo a malincuore.
