The scale is an integrl part of the Withings family that promotes better health through knowledge.
I have a Withings wristwatch and I thought it was pretty neat, but I had no idea what additional capabilities it had until I bought the Withings Scale. I needed a scale as I was trying to get healthy and the Withings looked really nice. In fact, it is beautiful and enhances the bathroom.
But I had no idea how this combination of the scale and watch could impact my life and my health. When I wake up in the morning, I step in the scale and it digitally tells me my weight. But that's just part of the picture. When I look at my cell phone, it integrates that information and is able to tell me my body mass, how I slept last night, my blood pressure, literally everything a good physical could tell me every six months. But now I have that info every day and it encourages better behavior, exercise, diet, etc...
Clearly, I am a big fan of all things Withings and highly recommend them to you.
