Not valuable in understanding the topic
While the content may be compelling, the book was very poorly edited: whole paragraphs were repeated not once but twice, resulting in excess, needless pages. The editor although a PhD, chose, for whatever reason, to preface the book suing that there are time line irregularities per recall by the author, as a justification for the poor editing. Also, there were recollections of salacious dialog between the author and non human entities that did not add to the overall context and message of the book.
