The genuine article at a great price
The date of manufacture this was 2019, but it's as represented: A genuine EGO battery, and the latest generation with the "fuel gauge." I've used a couple of charges with it in my leaf blower already, and it functions as I'd hoped it would, for the right duration.

Good cables
These cables are exactly what I was wanting.

Very good
Only one characteristic that kept me from giving five stars:
I had a very difficult time getting the cable to unwind initially, and it turned out that the outer winds were bound up against the frame. I find that I have to leave several feet of cable off the spool. But, accepting that and being willing to have a length of cable outside it while storing, I'm happy with it; this thing is really sturdy and effective.
