Flawed - but still good
No-one could deny the build quality or features of these phones - they have every facility you're likely ever to need.
The design is not so good, however: the sleek shape makes them hard to hold and easy to drop unless securely gripped but the worst feature is the charging cradle, which the handset finds difficult to engage with correctly. As an example, if not quite correctly aligned, Panasonic phones will tend to drop into the cradle = C620 Gigaset ones will tend to drop out of it.
These aspects, along with some fairly unintuitive graphics, make the C620 series something of a 'triumph of form over function.' Nevertheless, if these aspects don't bother you unduly, they remain excellent value for money.

Fragile
So-called 'clutch' doesn't work. When this encountered a blockage the end snapped off and the inner cable deformed roughly in the middle. Suitable only for the lightest of tasks.

High quality and effective
Hard to tell yet but my eyes are definitely not so sore after sitting in front of the computer for hours. If that's because of this screen - and it appears to be so - it's worth every penny.
