You get what you pay for, you really do!
I will not ask for refund or exchange because the battery is priced cheaply, so I didn't expect the battery to last that long. Instead, I will share some facts and let others decide to buy or not. You will need to calibrate the battery when you receive it, that is use it until your percentage is as low as possible and then recharge and repeat this cycle several times. Regarding calibration, my battery would go as low as 30% and then the macbook turned off, then 27% and macbook turned off, then 20%, then 17%,...,now 3% or 2%; resetting the smc controller didn't make a difference for me. How long will the battery take to discharge? Using Word 2016 (a surprisingly CPU-intensive app, more specifically around 80%) the battery seems to run out within about an hour. Beware, though: every time you calibrate the battery, the battery loses the capacity to hold a charge. Regarding capacity, my battery was at 89% (4666 mAh) after three cycles - testing using coconutBattery, and now it is at 66% (3434 mAh) after eight cycles. In other words, if you don't calibrate the battery, your macbook will shutoff prematurely. If you do calibrate the battery, the battery will grow weaker. Also, whether you calibrate the battery or not, the battery does not hold a charge to get much serious work done, at least for me. I know this is a third-party battery, and again I know the battery was priced cheaply, but what a shame! Now, I don't know right now if I continue to calibrate the battery that the capacity will level off at or near 66%, but if the capacity doesn't level off then I may be looking at a dead battery soon. Buy this battery if you are afraid the power will go out, but buy another battery if you intend to use it on a regular basis or intend to get serious work done. quick delivery, easy to install and use, looks great
delivery was quick, webcam cover is easy to install and use, and the cover looks great (see photo).
it's a very simple-looking and minimalistic design. you hardly know the cover is there. you can move the circle with your fingertips easily to hide and unhide the webcam.
i bought this cover for my ThinkPad and a silver one for a MacBook. i do wish, however, that the cover was a hair thinner, just so my ThinkPad can close more tightly. it's not a real problem, though.
