  Trying to find out how to get ebay help. Running circles round your website, incredibly frustrating for a frustrating situation. Will look for new venues for purchases. Bad all the way around. I told seller the item is no good to me late. My card was charged, with extra ship, yet he was out of town, didn't ship my pack or return my email til the day before it was due. I told him I don't want the item now, but it seems he shipped anyway. It was for a job that will over long before it arrives.

  I was about to ship it but did not after I read Kim's recent message. Yes, I was out of town up in the woods in MN with no cell nor internet service. I have offered a refund but am unable to figure out how to do that ever since eBay abandoned PayPal. I only do a handful of used sales during the year, not a business and have very good ratings. This was just a unfortunate timing issue. I am sorry that Kim was depending on this for his professional needs.
