  Seller was very good with communication. The camera was lightly used as stated. Photos were sent to me before the camera was shipped.

  First problem the seller sent a separate package with a thank you note that said “many thanks” on a scrap piece of paper, and used that as the eBay tracking number so I thought I was getting scammed. Then they messaged me new tracking for the box of the item which was packed terribly, the box was way too big, was completely smashed, and smelled atrocious. Then after inspecting the item it was in substantially worse condition than advertised, extremely dirty and sticky. Bad experience.

  PROBLEM BUYER. WE SEND OUT PERSONALIZED THANK YOU NOTES WITH EVERY ITEM. WE NOTIFIED HIM AS SOON AS WE WERE NOTIFIED ITEM WAS BEING SENT BACK---BEFORE THE THANK YOU NOTE EVEN ARRIVED---CUSTOMER NEVER HAD ANY REASON TO THINK HE WAS BEING "SCAMMED". WOULD LOAD PICS OF CONVERSATION IF WE COULD. ITEM WAS CLEANED WITH 100% ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL AND WE USED A COMMERCIAL ROLL OF BUBBLE WRAP TO PACKAGE. HE CONVENIENTLY LEFT THIS OUT OF THE PICTURES.

  The card had some white damage along the bottom that I couldn't see in the pictures. It will get framed so, not a huge deal. thank you for your prompt shipping.
