For those who want to be navy seals
This book is incredibly helpful for those who want to become elite navy seals. Others who want good workouts can take from it. However, the main purpose of this book is to help those wanting to become seals. There are some great notes for preparation in the process and some tips to help prepare for it along with a workout plan.
