Shipping was fast, and a wonderful product small enough to fit in your hand and conceal it in your pocket or purse not heavy at all . When you pull the trigger the bottom barrel will shoot first then you pull the trigger again then the top barrel will fire . When you shoot it you can’t even tell you did cause it’s not loud and doesn’t kick . But it shoots a big stream of oc coming out very fast and is very hot and very effective on any target big or small
