Missing a few important pieces

Te set was missing a few pieces, among them being the elastic band needed to work the pulley in the helicopter. I was able to find stand-ins for everything except that, which unfortunately means that the pulley doesn't work as I don't have an elastic band that size and double-looping it is still too long. But overall it was nice to have it already be mostly built, and this was certainly much better than not getting anything at all.
