  Problems started when I received the amp. It was negligently packed in a box with 1 small plastic pillow. The amp would not turn on and had pieces rattling around inside of it, likely as a result of bouncing around during normal shipping and handling. The seller initially refused my return and suggested it was the carrier’s fault and my responsibility to pursue the carrier. This goes against eBay’s seller policies. They then offered a $50 partial refund which I refused.
