Pros - Very easy to set up. The zippered window covers are great to have and easy to store when not needed. Lots of room. Extra length at bottom covers any gaps.
Cons - I can see where a very heavy rain may collapse the roof but, I did witness moderate rain and no collapse. The plastic steaks should be metal due to high heat making them soft and bendable. Perhaps a roof vent of some kind may help with wind and up draft. The velcro straps that hold the material to the poles is not very strong or long enough. Mine do come apart. The window ties either need to be longer or changed to a snap as the material used is slippery. With my big fingers I can't get a bow tie to stay.
Overall, great product. Not sure if the price is a match for what you get. There must be big mark up on this product.
