iFIT 1 Year Family Membership

Great product, highly recommended

We both have individual memberships that were due to be renewed so this family membership is great as I can also include 3 other family members, although they do not have access to iFit enabled machines. If you do have iFit enabled machines then this is a fantastic fitness programme. There are live programmes and lots of pre recorded workout. Yoga, Pilates., Hiit, upper body, lower body, ab workouts. We started using iFit during lock down and have cancelled our gym membership. There are lots of different trainers and all the workouts types go from beginners to advanced. If you have a compatible heart rate monitor it ha a feature called Active heart it enables you to workout to your optimal heart rate. Also has Smart adust so if you are having to manually adjust the machine to your ability it will remember and make sure your workout is optimal. As you can probably see I love the ifit programme. I have seen huge benifits to my health fitness and wellbeing. If you have a smart TV there is iFit TV so you can train with a bigger screen I mostly use a Samsung tablet.

A well made high quality instruction DVD for home use

I bought this product because i own an older Pilates Reformer machine but only had VCR tapes and wanted a programme of exercises on DVD. The flow of exercises is almost exactly the same as the on the VCR I got from QVC. This DVD is excellent, it is Australian, you are talked through every exercise by an (THE) instructor while someone else does the exercises. Lots of useful hints and tips to get the best out of the exercises. In terms of price and quality both are excellent, a well made high quality instruction DVD

Perfect well finished

We bought 2 to fit in a very small space to fit a table lamp and drink. Also the drawers holds pens and pencils and remotes. The cupboard holds some notebooks I use for my language course. All in all very impressed with the quality. A nice soft creamy white which fit my room also very fast delivery
