Great safe product. Simple and easy to use.

Total Gym (TG) is a good supplement to my gym workouts. It is safe and helps me work around injuries. Great for abs, back, chest, and shoulders. Even provides some exercises that free weights can't do like swimmer and iron crosses. I can safely do pullovers and flies on TG. I like to do TG combination exercises in the morning to get my metabolism started and to stretch. Sometimes I use it as a rowing machine. If I don't have time to go to the gym, I can get a great work out at home. I just bought the bar attachment so I can add weight to legs and make workouts more challenging. I really enjoy the safety and simplicity of the TG.
