I didn't expect it to be perfect or tested or restored. It's an old unit. I am glad I did make a reduced offer and they accepted it.
The base plate is scuffed with scratches. And has some dents. The switches seem to test out to work occasionally. The Ampmeter needle is free and may work when connected, but the speedometer needle seems locked and doesn't indicate movement when sensing pressure.
