  Hey - so sorry that you had to pick up and pay extra postage. I have no idea why that happened. I weighed the package and pre-paid for postage prior to shipping. That really sucks and I apologize for the hassle and the extra cost. I'd be MORE than happy to reimburse you for the postage over PayPal or Venmo if you want, just let me know. Classy of you to not ding me on the feedback, I appreciate that.
