  the shipping the box was ripped open ,but NUMBER ONE ISSUE WAS THE BIKE IS NOT A 1970 IT HAS A SERIAL NUMBER that was stamped on bike that dosent belong to bike ,i had several people that know about bikes and was told it might not even be a correct bike ,and yes i contact the seller many time ,with no response ,

  It is absurd that the serial# was not from Schwinn. I do not have the means or ability to stamp serial numbers in my garage. I bought the frame from ebay just like it is and built it up with more ebay parts. The people that "know" bikes are wrong. Sorry about the box. I had a bad roll of that cheap packing tape, plus the USPS is not exactly gentle sometimes. I was advised by ebay staff not to engage after I received accusatory comments

  Item showed up as described except for rear wheel not working properly. Had to rebuild wheel internals before bike was rideable.
