Hot or Lukewarm
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Bought one advertised as new that, when used to make soup, stopped working after 4, 5, and 8 minute segments when making two of the soup types. The vegetable soup did not require prior cooking as some of the recipes did, but after running at the 8 minute segment advised, stopped and was lukewarm at best (requiring additional cooking elsewhere). When it stopped at the 4 and 5 minute segments, it took longer than ten-to-fifteen minutes to restart.
Use of "New" is relative. Would be better to advertise: tested and works as indicated on package which states "makes HOT soups."

Why doesn't it work?
Attached without and later with tape. Hose sprays backspray at both ends of hose wetting everything. Tried a different hose with same results. I tried a diverter that screwed on the 1/2 in bathtub pipe and also the end of the hose with no success. I like the handle except I need it to be for right-handed off/on. Do I need to purchase a separate converter or something. I'm 75 and in need of help please.
