keep on dancing
This cd may only have 7 songs but each one is different and filled with great rythym. Each song keeps a well blended mix between the base and melody. They keep you dancing.
I was hoping for more songs but it proved to be well worth it.

best season ever
The first few episodes were not as good as I hoped they would be. They moved slow and made too much of a focus on spike going crazy. The fourth episode on was part of the best season ever. It was full of surprises, action, and even a tear striker. The finale was the best ending they could do. I highly reccomand this season!

Great exercise

The leader provides a wide range of moves formed from belly dancing techniques. It has a great set up so even a person who has never belly danced can follow easily. It gives you a great, heart pumping experience.
