    The item was new as described and came with tons of glue sticks, but unfortunately they were not compatible with the gun. Unfortunately it stopped working after only a few uses. Since it's a manufacturer issue and not the Sellers fault, I'd gladly buy from them again. Great transaction and prompt shipping.
