Product arrived as described and projected in the photos. I tested every channel & function. Works as it’s designed by QSC. Clean loud and clear sound. Hooked them up with a powered sub and they work exceptionally well as my DJ monitors. Small dent in grill probably from shipment but, no deal breaker and a small fix for me. Fast shipping and honest business. I would recommend this seller. I look forward to a lifetime with these QSC K8.2.

Case was damaged in transit due to being shipped unboxed. Lost a foot and hinge is starting to separate from body on damaged end. The shipping company wrote their usual coding on the case in permanent marker, and cannot be removed. I had little interest in the case as is, and had it been listed in the in condition that arrived, I wouldn't have purchased it. On the positive, body is exactly as described. It was shipped immediately.

Exact replacement.

Didn't know dc ports wore out, but mine did. DYI if you have common sense and a good soldering station. All back to normal operations. Hoping new port will outlast the laptop.

Good Dremel replacement.

Replaced old Dremel that finally died. Couldn't justify price of new Dremels. Works fine. Came with accessories and flex cable.

Usable if you are a problem solver.

Hardware is partially usable, but audio line won't work. Appears to be a common problem with others. Run audio cable to PC Line In port as a work around. Software is almost unusable. Use something else like VirtualDub (freeware). Directions are almost laughable. Need a better Asian translator to do the write ups. But it will perform satisfactorily if you can do all the work arounds.
