For the gpu. It's indeed a good gpu considering the price and the brand, at perfect condition and a great potential of OC. With fine-tune of clock, it can reaches the performance of most 1080. Unless the card burned later, its performance is definitely enough for most cases. The only trouble it caused is due to its length: 40cm is quite long for a mini size case, even if the case supports ATX size motherboard.
For others. Though this card performs well, and there're seldomly ones mining coins with 1070ti especially ROG Strix - which is the main reason I choose 1070ti - the box, written "ant mining", revealed that, unfortunately, it seems to be used to do so. So, if you value stability over performance and price, it's always better to have a thorough consideration.
