Good for the price.
Power supply works well. The 5 volt output is adjustable but the 12V output is not. The 12V rated output I found to only be supplying 11.9V. I noticed some audible electronic noise when the 12V power was supplying low amounts of current but the 5V side is quiet.

Adhesion issues, not reversible
Build plate is very flat and true and holds up well to high build temperatures. I tested up to 115C and it was fine.
However I have two issues. First, it came with an adhesive back that I did not want. I wanted to be able to flip it over to use the bare glass if necessary. Second, the coating that came on it has issues with adhesion. I cannot get PETG to stick well at all and I typically can have PETG stick to bare glass with zero issues. And since I cannot flip it over I cannot use it.
