Great eye protection
These glasses completely protect your eyes from sun and glare. They also protect your eyes when working on outside projects. Excellent quality.

A must read for anyone over 50
This book is very motivational about how to make the "Next Third" of your life the best yet. We all know exercise is important but this book tells you specifically, in terms that are easy to understand, what changes occur in our bodies when we get moving. There are other factors discussed that lead to a full happy life after 50. You will want to share it with all your family and friends.

Better than expected
