Well done movie. Engaging story.
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich Excellent movie. Nancy Quan (Suzie Wong ) made the picture. For her first movie she became a star in my book, I never tire of watching it. Nancy Quan is alive living in California age 79. She appeared in many movies. I also read the book. too bad the movie could not have been longer and included ending as written in the book. It still is one of my all time favorites. 5 stars for me.

Reflects the content of the book very well.
This is an excellent history of how my ancestors lived in the mountains. Also, how they arrived here by way of Ireland from Scotland.

First Class
Very good story of the life of Nancy Kwan, a very good actress who never had the opportunity to star in first rate movies after her superb performance I The World of Susie Wong. One of my favorite movies.
