DDrum double bass pedal
I have played tama iron cobras and dw 5000 for years and wanted to try something different. Once I got the pedal adjusted the way I like it, I like to think I'm kicking double bass better than I ever have. The lightweight beaters give a solid thump and make the pedal feel real smooth. The only major difference I see construction wise from the pedals I mentioned before is the hinge at the bottom of the footboard, no delta ball bearing . Out of the box though, no squeaks and a great feel. I took it out on a couple gigs and it is holding up well. You might want to check out The DDrum 2 leg hihat stand as well, another good solid pedal.

DDrum 2 leg hi hat
Best $80 I ever spent on drum gear! Super heavy duty, smooth as butter chain drive, get a drop clutch and kick some double bass.... 2 leg hi hat pedals work just like a regular hi hat for your jazz or other gigs, so you can't lose .....
