Not like the one I had before
This product is very poor quality, compared to one that I had before The width and length is not what I wanted, but there was no other choice--I wanted something longer and wider--not by much, just an inch or two, but that wasn't available. The quality is thinner, and the "grass" parts are too short--again not as long as I expected--again, the one I had before (probably from another vendor) was much longer, had more substance to it, and feels like it will hold up much longer. I thought the photograph was showing one that matched the one I had, but I was sad to see that it didn't wind up looking like the one I already had.
Sorry, but I need to be honest about this, so that maybe you can get a better quality product in the future to sell.

Looks great, couldn't figure out how to use it!
Couldn't figure out how to use it. Way tooo complicated!!! Otherwise was sent in a good package, everything else was fine.
