  After 2 incidents delivering this item via EVRI and many Grrrrrrrrrrr moments with them may I say that Debbie was impeccable with her chasing them and communication. I would have no hesitation in buying from her again - using EVRI that's a different story!!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!
