Nice disc book but images look distorted

The storage box is fine with me because it doesn't take up much space in the cabinet and appears to protect the discs well. My concern is with the video image which appears slightly distorted making people look a little squatty. Perhaps it's a TV monitor setting that needs to be changed. I think it's a technical issue with the video reproduction though.
