Avoid buying.
They came fully charged, but will not last long at all.
The ones that I own don't even last as long as generic rechargeables.
I unfortunately will have a set of batteries standing by, for when these die.
VERY disappointed for the price and hype.

Works perfectly now.
I purchased this for our whirlpool washer because the agitator wasnt turning like it should.
So I purchased this hoping it would fix the problem, and it Did. PERFECTLY.
And it was a VERY easy repair with the help of an instructional video I found on YouTube.
I'm VERY happy with this purchase. A++

Works Now.
Remove a small flat piece of (paper?) From between the cap and battery inside the vibrating bullet.
If That dont fix it, then re-arrange the batteries. Tapered end of Battery goes in first.
Bullet may need to be tapped on something to get them to fall out.
