These were really good
I have replaced my ear pads twice; both times from eBay. The first set, some months ago, were OK. They lasted for a while. These, however, are noticeably better! They block external sound far better than the cheap set I got from China.
So, I heartily recommend these.

Telephoto lens opened up a new world
The optical clarity of this lens is really nice. It took a moment to get used to it. For example, I wanted to take a shot of a lizard, and lizards are small. I needed to be about 4 or 5 feet away to get him. The auto focus works pretty well, mostly, but sometimes I went into manual mode to get it "just" right. I turned off the VR when I used my tripod.
Anyway, this lens gives me options that my superwide 11-16mm just doesn't have. I captured an anhinga in a tree across a small lake with this lens. Very nice.
